This product is an Exdb explosion protection certified liquid expansion type thermostat, suitable for use in hazardous areas with explosive gas mixtures of Class II, Grades A, B, and C, and T1 to T6 groups in Zone 1 or Zone 2 environments. It is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 3836.1-2021 Explosive atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment. General requirements and GB/T 3836.2-2021 Explosive atmospheres – Part 2: Equip-ment protected by flameproof enclosures “d”.The thermostat works in conjunction with electric heating cables for electrical heat tracing automat-ic control of medium temperature of process pipelines or tanks.The stainless steel filled liquid bulb and capillary tube can be installed remotely from the controller body to detect temperature. The bulb can operate in an environment temperature range from -30℃ to 320℃.The power incom-ing line and the heating cable outgoing line holes are both M25 cable holes, and the cable glands can be used for either armored or non-armored cables.
